Craig is a visionary and goal oriented Senior Technical IT resource that has demonstrated experience designing, planning, implementing, and supporting solutions that address critical business needs and opportunities.

He holds an honor to provide consulting services to the Government of Zambia educating key resources on aligning People, Process, and Technology with the focus of improving Business Intelligence reporting, ALM deployment processes, and preparing their technology environment for pristine uninterrupted operations

Craig has an honor to be chosen by SAP to speak at the 40TH annual SAP Max Attention Summit in Waldorf, Germany where he outlined the benefits of deploying a fully integrated ITSM system through Solution Manager 7.1.

He has worked hand-hand with SAP to deliver Focused Build Tool Coaching expertise working as the independent expert on the project Developed and delivered role specific training for all resources that were on the project that had a task related to the S4/HANA transformation project.

He has lead the CHS effort by developing a comprehensive documentation strategy that eliminated the need for separate document creation and maintenance instead using the Focused Build system instead.

Craig has worked a dedicated Focused Build Tool Coach providing 1st and 2nd like support to project team members as they experienced difficulties using the Focused Build tool for project operations. Due to his contribution Xceleon is a fully certified SAP Focused Solution Circle Member which documents and summarizes the firm’s capability to deploy and support a full Focused Solution landscape used to implement SAP Intelligent Enterprises
