Kisholoy Gupta is an inspirational speaker on management who has been in the area of HR for nearly four decades, having headed the HR function in various organizations for around 15 years. He has held numerous Management and Leadership positions in various Indian and MNCs. He is a trained coach in the area of career & performance and is a product of XLRI and XISS.

Kisholoy Gupta has been designing, organizing and conducting mentorshp programs for corporate and educational institutes for many years. His association with some of the companies where he has held leadership positions as an employee or consultant are Biocon, Novartis, EMC2, Biocon, SAP, Tata Motors, Eicher, Reliance Industries, Collabera, Onward Technologies

He has extensive experience in structuring organizations, HR process design, handling change management initiatives, integrating business performance with people capability. He has also been involved in several start-up operations of green field companies in India and abroad including post M & A organization integration, facilitating the growth of HR functions at different maturity levels.

Recently Kisholoy was invited as a speaker to present a paper on Vedantic wisdom, based on Sri Aurobindo’s philosophy in Chicago, to commemorate the 125th year of the speech delivered by Swami Vivekananda.
