Manoj is currently CTO/Co-Founder for Nouveau-Labs for building NLP based solution and providing high-end product engineering services in niche technology areas.

He is a hardcore Technologist & Innovator with over 30 years of experience in Systems, Wired/Wireless Networking Products including holding multi-faceted leadership responsibilities

• Earlier he was the Engineering & Site Head for HPE/Aruba India, Bangalore wherein he led engineering teams to own & deliver Mobility Switch/Branch controller/SD-WAN gateway Hardware
• He had a long stint with Motorola and was instrumental in leading advanced engineering products in IP Technology as Chief Architect and Director of Engineering
• He was associated with prestigious Indian Defense establishment, DRDO contributing in building strong Communication Systems
• Manoj has done his M.Sc (Computer Science) from University of Indore and B.Sc (Electronics) from University of Delhi
