A Learning Organizational Development specialist, he has led interventions for Managers and Leaders of over 200 organizations

He was one of first few employees of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Development) India’s start-up team in 2009 and helped them kickstart forums in 10 cities, partnerships in education and led several research studies

Rajesh is a regular visiting faculty at various B Schools across the country. He was instrumental in setting up Bodhivriksha, the Management Development Centre of the Mahindra Group. This continues to be one the premier leadership institutions in the country

He has collaborated with Tony Buzan Ron Kaufman and a large number of Indian and International Gurus and has been involved with pioneering research in GenY and Women career comebacks. He is one of the leading facilitators on The Strategy Academy, a venture of Prof Ranjan Das of IIM Kolkatta which trained hundreds of senior executives from industry.
